Dusoul E- Boutique Exchange Policy

Dusoul offers a 14-day exchange policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the order to us by contacting +97150 457 4400 or contact@dusoul.ae. Please mention the order number, purchase name, contact number, email, and reason for return. The terms and conditions are as follows:

  • An exchange of the product can be done within 14 days from the date of receipt. Kindly ensure the proof of purchase is with you and the product is in its original condition. Exchange will be subject of approval from our Quality Control team. If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange will not be possible.
  • Any item can be exchanged for equal or higher value. In case the exchange item is of lesser value than the original item, refund will not be possible. Jewelry exchange is subject to approval.
  • Jewelry received as gift from any promotion or campaign cannot be exchanged or refund.
  • Personalized orders or customized jewelry or altered jewelry in any way or cannot be cancelled and such jewelry cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. This includes, the jewelry that have been resized, engraved, or embossed etc.
  • Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
  • For international Shipments (Outside UAE), shipment charges, bank fees, taxes, customs, and duty (if applicable) must be borne by customer.
  • Dusoul reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
